    Virtual Classroom

    Our online campus is designed to make it easy for you to learn without complications, but also to keep in touch with other participants through forums. And if there is any difficulty, we are just a click away to help you.

    Tests

    You will take some tests at the beginning and end of each course. These tests are not intended to evaluate you or your progress. By filling it in, you will help us to improve the courses, but also to continue researching the factors that decisively influence human suffering. We help you and you help us!

    Agenda

    You will approach the topics from the simplest to the most complex, if you wish to do so. We recommend starting with the basic courses of attention to the present and going deeper as your learning and motivation ask for it.

    Practice

    Each week a new session will be opened, offering you a series of exercises to get in touch with the attention in your daily life. It is in daily life where difficulties arise and that is where we will propose you to exercise your attention. The experience of the instant you live is your working material on which you will learn to bring your attention.

    Student Forum

    The forums of each course are at your disposal to exchange your reflections, discoveries and experiences, as well as your doubts with your classmates. It will be an important part of your learning, where you will find other people who share your interest and with whom you can practice kindness, attention and curiosity for their different experiences.

    Certificate

    At the end of each course, a Certificate is issued that certifies the completion of the course. To obtain this Certificate, you must have completed the previous activities, then, clicking on the certified activity, it will be automatically downloaded to your computer in PDF format, having the opportunity to print it, etc.
